Logging your movement just got easier than ever. Connect your Strava account and pull your workouts directly into your My Time Fitness dashboard in seconds.
No more manual logging. Just move your body, hit Sync now, and watch your totals update.
How it works:
  1. Tap the Strava Button in the menu to connect your Strava account
  2. Track your movement on any device with Strava.
  3. Go to your MTF dashboard
  4. Tap โ€œSync now โ†’โ€
  5. Your latest activities will appear automatically
Tip: If you just finished a workout, wait a few minutes before syncing so Strava has time to upload it.
This feature makes staying consistent even easier โ€” and helps keep your distance, sessions, streaks, and progress perfectly up to date.
Over the next couple of weeks weโ€™ll be monitoring everything closely. If something looks off (missing activity, duplicates, weird totals), please email me and Iโ€™ll fix it fast.

Strava Sync is now fully functional inside your dashboard. To keep everything smooth (and stay within Stravaโ€™s rate limits), syncing is manual for now.
How to sync:
  1. Go to your dashboard
  2. Tap โ€œSync now โ†’โ€
  3. Give it a moment โ€” your totals will update
Tip: If you just finished a workout, wait a few minutes before syncing.

๐Ÿ”” Strava Sync Update

If you ever notice any duplicate Strava entries, you have two options:

  • ๐Ÿ—‘๏ธ Manually delete any duplicate entries in your dashboard in your activities tab, or
  • ๐Ÿ“ฉ Email me and I will personally remove all duplicated Strava activities for you

Iโ€™m excited to share that Strava Sync is now in its testing phase inside the My Time Fitness app!

Before we roll this out to everyone, Iโ€™m looking for a small group of patient, detail-oriented volunteers to help test it.

โœ… Ideal testers are people who:

  • Use Strava regularly
  • Are comfortable testing new features
  • Can be patient with possible glitches
  • Are willing to email me if they notice any discrepancies

Your feedback during this phase will help make Strava Sync smooth and reliable before it officially goes live.

Click on any Sunday in the calendar to see your week at a glance โ€” including how many days you moved and the progress you made.

This is meant to be motivating, not perfect. Some weeks will be big wins, others will be quiet โ€” both still count forward.

Youโ€™re officially part of The Great Canadian Running Challenge! Hereโ€™s how to get started right from your dashboard:

  1. Set your 2026 goals โ€” Scroll to the Profile section and add your running, walking, cycling, skiing, yoga, and strength goals. Your progress bars will update automatically.

  2. Add the dashboard to your home screen โ€” Get The App to turn your Dashboard into your own personal fitness app for easy access.

    1. Tap the Share button (the square with the arrow โ†‘ (in image).
    Add to Home Screen Instructions
    2. Scroll down.
    3. Tap Add to Home Screen.
    4. Tap Add.

    Tap the โ‹ฎ menu in the top-right corner.
    Select Install App OR Add to Home Screen.
    Tap Add.
