1. Medals & Physical Products

• All medal and physical product sales are final.
• If an item arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days with photos for a replacement.
• We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item was damaged in transit.

2. Digital Downloads

All digital products (journals, guides, PDFs) are final sale and non-refundable due to their downloadable nature.

3. Coaching Services

• Coaching programs are non-refundable once sessions begin.
• Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled unless previously arranged.

4. Shipping

• Orders ship from Canada.
• Please allow 7–14 business days for delivery within Canada.
• Holiday seasons and weather conditions may cause delays.
