Strava makes it easy to bring your workouts into My Time Fitness. When you connect MTF to Strava, simply tap Sync now on your dashboard to update your latest activities.

Record your activity using your watch, device, or fitness app connected to Strava.

Click Sync now on your dashboard to pull in new activities from Strava since your last sync.

Your totals, sessions, streaks, and momentum update inside My Time Fitness.

To connect Strava and sync your activities into your My Time Fitness dashboard, youโll need a free account.
What activities sync from Strava?
When you connect Strava, the following activities will automatically sync into your My Time Fitness activity log:
- Running (Run, Trail Run, Virtual Run)
- Walking (Walk, Hike, Snowshoe)
- Cycling (Ride, Mountain Bike, Gravel, E-Bike, Virtual Ride)
- Swimming
- Skiing & Skating (Nordic Ski, Ice Skate, Inline Skate, Elliptical)
- Yoga & Strength (counted as sessions)
โญ Other Strava activities (like golf or other variations of exercises) can still be logged manually โ just choose the activity type that feels right for you.
Please note:
Once you connect your Strava account, all new activities going forward will automatically sync to your
2026 goals, progress circles, momentum calendar, and streaks.
No manual entry required โ everything updates for you.
